We have complete confidence in the items we sell. Our policy on all our items is 100% guarantee of authenticity or your money back.
Yes! you can add a certificate to your basket for an extra £18 before you checkout. All certificates take up to 24hrs to process. We will send the certificate via email for you to download.

Unless otherwise stated as brand new, all items are preloved and have been used.
Preloves UK is a consignment store for customers to sell their items. As a consignment store we sell on behalf of our clients. We do not have a return or exchange policy. We make every effort to describe and photograph/film every feature of your item to ensure there is no disappointment. In the very unlikely occasion that an item is proven not to be authentic then we will issue a full refund. We will refund you 100% compensating you for shipping also.
We use only trackable shipping methods, via Royal Mail Special Delivery. All shipping is complimentary.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification via email with your tracking information!
If you've not received your item or believe you have received a damaged item due to transit, then please contact us immediately. We need to contact Royal Mail to start their compensation process. When you get in touch with us, please kindly provide your order number and photographs of your item. contact@prelovesuk.com
Don't worry, you will be able to contact Royal Mail directly to re-arrange your parcel to be re-delivered.
Where you have purchased an item online and request to refund BEFORE we post it, you may still refund the item if we are informed in time however the merchant fee that is charged by Paypal or Stripe is non refundable. This fee is usually 3-4% of the transaction and we do not keep this fee, the respective merchant keeps it. If you require proof of the charge they retain we will be happy to provide it.

CONSIGNMENT

Looking to sell your item, we can help you sell your item for a small fee. Simply submit your picture to us via our online form to receive a quote within 24 hours. Once you accept the quote, post it off to us to get paid once your item is sold for you. See our consignment page. here
We go to great lengths to ensure you have provided us with the right photos and description for us to best assess pricing before you send in your item. On the occasion where the description or the photos does not match what we receive we reserve the right to alter the quote or refuse the item. The cost of the return would be covered by the seller.
Yes, we pride ourselves in only dealing with 100% authentic items. Firstly, our expert team of authenticators will authenticate check that all branding, materials, stitching, serials are all in line with the specific brands hallmarks. In addition, we will also use reputable third party authenticators such as legitgrails.com and Entrupy. If the item is proven to be a counterfeit, we will return the item back to you with an administration fee of £60 to release the item.
Consigning with us, we will send your funds less the commission & fees, within 7 days of the buyers funds clearing in our accounts. We transfer funds to you via bank transfer.
We accept: Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Mulberry, Saint Laurent, Chloe, Loewe, Chanel, Dior.
All handbags and accessories for the brands mentioned above are eligible as long as they are in excellent condition. If you are unsure if your item is acceptable, please don't hesitate to submit your item for an assessment.

HANDBAG LINERS & CONVERSION KITS

All our handbag liners & conversion kits are individually handmade and customised just for you. Unless there has been a mistake in your order during the make-up process, we do not accept returns.
Our aim is to have your order shipped to you within 4-10 days, and we will send you an email notification once its dispatched.
