Preloves is a consignment store for customers to sell their items. All items will go through our stringent checks to ensure the item you are buying is authentic.

As a consignment store we sell on behalf of our sellers, on a consumer to consumer basis.

We do not have a return or exchange policy unless an item is proven not be authentic then we will issue a full refund.

Rest assured that everything we offer for sale is authentic and comes with our Guarantee Of Authenticity.

While we aim for accuracy in item descriptions & numerous images provided for you to thoroughly review before you purchase. If you need more information, don't hesitate to contact us via email or instagram.

To claim a refund for an item not as described must be within 48hrs of receiving the item. To initiate a refund you can contact us at contact@prelovesuk.com. or contact us via instagram.
